5 years of professional carpentry experience, valid driver’s license, reliable, able to lift 50+ pounds, and work at heights and in confined spaces.

Proficient in the Following:

Technical - Framing Mastery, Finish Carpentry, Component Installation, Structural Repair

Planning/Interpretation - Blueprint Reading, Material Management, Site Layout

Safety/Site Management - Equipment Safety, OSHA Compliance, Worksite Integrity

Masonry Foreman

Leadership role that oversees masonry department field operations. Advanced knowledge of masonry techniques, materials (concrete, stone, block, brick), and technical drawing/blueprint reading.

Must possess strong leadership skills, critical thinking, and be in excellent physical condition with ability to perform manual labor in all weather conditions.

Proficient in the Following:

Leadership/Project Management - Crew Supervision, Project Planning, Resource Management, Mentorship

Technical - Site Layout, Expert Craftsmanship, Construction Oversight

Safety/Quality Control - OSHA Compliance, Site Maintenance, Hazard Mitigation

General Laborer

No trade experience is required. This is a good starting point for someone who wants to build a career in the trades. You'll handle basic demolition, material handling, and cleanup, and help keep our job sites running smoothly.

What You'll Do

-Perform basic demolition, including removing drywall, framing, and debris removal

-Load, unload, and move materials around the job site

-Transport materials to/from shop, supply yard, and job sites

-Clean-up work area during and at the end of each shift

-Assist skilled tradespeople as directed

-Wear all required PPE and follow safety rules

-Report unsafe conditions/damaged equipment right away

What We're Looking For

Required:

-Willingness to learn/follow verbal and written instructions

-Dependable attendance and a team-first attitude

-Ability to perform heavy manual labor outdoors

-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

-Previous construction/manual labor experience (Preferred)

Physical Requirements

This role is physically demanding and mostly outdoors. You'll lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, kneel, and climb for 8-10-hour days in heat, cold, and wet conditions. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
